1. What facilities does each package include?

Answer: While you can find that information in our catalogue here, we strongly recommend you to get in touch with our sales representative for details regarding each package.

2. What are the facility timings?

Answer: We are open from 6 am till 1.30 pm & from 3 pm till 10 pm from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays, we are open from 10 am till 2 pm.

3. What type of offers/ discounts are available?

Answer: While we have some discounts available for females and students year around but besides that, 4 times a year, around major festivals, namely Lohri, Holi, Independence Day and Diwali, we declare a huge sale where you can get all packages at flat 20 percent off.

4. Do you provide free trial?

Answer: Yes, we provide 3 days free trial for Basic package and 1 day free trial each for Boxing, HIIT and Personal Training Packages.

5. Will a general trainer be present on gym floor to guide the general clients?

Answer: While a general trainer will be present on the gym floor at all times, he is bound to provide equal attention to all the members on the floor.

6. Can I freeze my membership?

Answer: Yes, you can freeze your membership by submitting your entry card to a sales representative. You can deposit your card multiple times for freezing your membership, however, you will be able to redeem only the highest number of freeze days at the end of your package. Freeze days cannot be further frozen. More terms & conditions may apply.

7. Can I get a refund of my membership?

Answer: All the packages/forms of memberships are non refundable and non transferrable.

8. Are all the trainers certified?

Answer: All of our trainers are certified as well as highly educated and well mannered. In case, you have any complaint, be sure to contact our manager at 9815041737.

9. Is the gym safe for females?

Answer: Oceanic Gym is by far the safest and cleanest gym providing a safe and fun environment for workout, especially for females and youngsters. We also have many female staff members who are very helpful and polite.

10. Are all the machines being sanitized?

Answer: Besides proper cleaning of the facility during the afternoon hours on a daily basis, we also have a team of dedicated staff members who actively sanitize all the equipments as they are used by our members.
